Camphill Wakefield have developed a communication tracker to keep track of communications regarding students’ applications.
Communication is a key area for admissions for gathering information and building relationships with both families and agencies.
With many students to keep in touch with, particularly in these times of remote working, Camphill Wakefield have found it useful to keep track of the communications they have had with regard to processing students’ applications. The staff member can see who they have spoke to and why, identifying gaps and calls/emails they need to make.
No contact details are stored on this as they are on Databridge – family preference regarding phone calls is noted.
These are stored securely in prospective student folders and could be accessed/used by other staff who may have communication regarding this student. Colleagues can access remotely from home.
